At Easydigitalgoods, we sell digital products including templates, guides, software resources, and other downloadable content. Because our products are intangible and delivered instantly, we have a clear refund policy to protect both our customers and our business.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

We encourage you to review the product description, preview images, and any available demos carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Refunds or store credit may be granted at our sole discretion only in the following situations:

• The product file is corrupted, broken, or otherwise unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days;
• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error;
• The product description materially misrepresents what is delivered.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@easydigitalgoods.com with the following information:

• Your order number or transaction ID;
• The email address used for the purchase;
• A detailed explanation of the issue; and
• Any supporting screenshots or documentation.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and loss of access to purchased products.
